Senior Accountant

Pay: $100-115k

Are you someone with at least five years of accounting experience with strong GL and reconciliations background? The ideal candidate will have an accounting degree, at least 5 years of accounting experience and strong GL and financial reporting background. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Oversee account reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
• Assist with investment accounting and tracking of family assets.
• Continuously improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a family office, investment firm, or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling).
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
