Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs

- Connect students and families with community resources and external services
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies and regulations

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited program
- Valid social work license or eligibility for licensure in Illinois
- Experience working with children and adolescents in school or related settings
- Strong knowledge of child development, mental health issues affecting youth, and family dynamics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with community resources and referral processes
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice
