Overview

Established Law Firm Seeks Labor & Employment Attorney at Partner level with at least $500K in portable business to join us. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive compensation package and an opportunity to work in a stimulating and challenging work environment. Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and counsel on a wide range of labor and employment related matters. Represent clients in labor and employment litigation matters as part of a senior leadership team. Collaborate with firm leadership to develop strategy and grow the practice. Qualifications

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. A minimum of 10 years of experience in labor and employment law, with a strong focus on litigation and traditional labor law. Exceptional knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws and regulations. Proven track record of successfully representing clients in labor and employment litigation matters. Excellent negotiation, written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-lawyers and work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
