Established law firm seeks a Senior Labor & Employment Attorney at the Partner level with at least $500K in portable business to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive compensation package and a stimulating work environment. Salary range: $400,000.00/yr – $500,000.00/yr. Benefits and other compensation details are provided per firm policy. Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and counsel on a wide range of labor and employment matters. Represent clients in labor and employment litigation matters. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and execute strategy for complex cases. Advise on compliance with federal, state, and local labor and employment laws and regulations. Contribute to business development and maintain a book of portable business. Participate in a fast-paced, team-based work environment. Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. A minimum of 10 years of experience in labor and employment law, with focus on litigation and traditional labor matters. Strong knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local labor and employment laws and regulations. Proven track record of representing clients in labor and employment litigation matters. Excellent negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts to non-lawyers. High professional ethics and integrity; capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Why join us?
