People Analytic Consultant – The Auto Club Group What you will do

Reports to:

Manager or above The People Analytics Consultant leads complex analytics projects from initial analysis through insight delivery while providing consultative support to business leaders on workforce decisions. This role translates business questions into analytical frameworks, develops statistical models, and delivers actionable insights that drive organizational effectiveness and talent optimization initiatives. The consultant builds relationships with functional leaders, manages People Analytics platform governance, and drives adoption of analytics tools across the organization to build sustainable data-driven capabilities. Responsibilities

Lead analytics projects and provide strategic consultation with functional leaders to solve business challenges through analytics Translate complex business problems into analytical frameworks and research questions Apply advanced statistical methods, analytical modeling, and machine learning techniques Present insights and recommendations to leadership through compelling data narratives Support implementation of data-driven initiatives and monitor effectiveness Analytics adoption and capability building: Build organizational analytics capabilities through training and change management Create documentation and best-practice guides for analytics tools and methodologies Partner across HR and external business lines to execute on analytics roadmap Platform administration and advanced reporting: Manage People Analytics platforms and enterprise reporting systems (e.g., Visier, Workday People Analytics, Culture Amp) Develop advanced reporting using enterprise reporting tools and programming languages Create visualizations and presentations using visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Design scalable solutions that reduce manual work and increase self-service capabilities Ensure data quality, governance compliance, and automated reporting processes Supervisory Responsibilities:

Education Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, I/O Psychology, Business, Human Resources, or related field Experience 5 years of experience in Human Resources, People Analytics, or a related field Leading analytics projects and statistical analysis Translating data into actionable insights SQL and independently write clean, efficient queries Working with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or people analytics reporting tools (e.g., OneModel, Visier) Knowledge HR data, systems, processes, and employee lifecycle Statistical methods including regression, clustering, and analytical modeling Data governance, privacy regulations, and compliance requirements Familiarity with HR systems like Workday, Greenhouse, Culture Amp, or similar tools Skills Proficiency in data storytelling and visualization Strong service mindset with the ability to support and advise HR and business partners effectively Problem-first mindset with strong analytical curiosity Collaborative working style and ability to partner across HR and external business lines Ability to work independently with high attention to detail while managing multiple initiatives Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Analytics, Statistics, I/O Psychology, Business, Human Resources, or related field HR consulting experience with data-driven insights focus Proficiency in SQL, Python/R programming Experience scaling Visier in a high-growth environment and platform administration Experience with Workday report writing, Workday Prism, and Report Writer proficiency Tableau proficiency and certifications Equal Opportunity
