Role: Field Desktop Support Technician Location: Irvine, CA and El Segundo, CA (Onsite) Responsibilities
Provide advanced desktop support: troubleshooting, configuration, and software installation. Support and administer M365, Windows, Active Directory, and ticketing systems. Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, including:
Password resets Account information support Case number information Adobe Reader issues Browser issues General computer issues Internet connectivity problems
Set up equipment for new and existing employees. Image computers using various methods. Install and perform minor repairs to computers and peripherals within office premises. Demonstrate strong networking skills: IDF/MDF, switches, routers, access points. Experience
5+ years of experience in software, hardware, and network support. Provided technical assistance for Windows (7, 8, 10) and Microsoft Office (2010 Office 365, M365). Hands-on experience with Windows, M365, PC, and printer configuration. Strong customer service orientation: detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and responsive. Excellent phone and verbal communication skills with strong active listening ability. Seniority level
