Desktop Support Technician - Bilingual in English and Korean

Position: Full Time Location: Orange County, CA (Onsite/In-person) Responsibilities:

Provide desktop support including troubleshooting, configuration, and software installation Manage tickets using the ticketing system Review onboarding requests and tickets, document issues Utilize M365, Windows, Active Directory Assist end users with incidents and technical problems Reset passwords, manage account information, and handle case documentation Resolve Adobe Reader, browser, and other technical issues Ensure internet connectivity and set up equipment for employees Image computers and perform minor repairs on hardware and peripherals Maintain strong networking skills (IDF/MDF, switches, routers, access points) Experience:

2-5 years in software, hardware, and network support Support Windows 7, 8, 10, Office 2010, Office 365, M365 Configure PCs and printers, provide excellent customer service Strong communication and client interfacing skills Enthusiastic, proactive, detail-oriented, deadline-driven This job posting is active and accepting applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
