Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ellensburg, WA for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for daily office tasks such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, data entry, scheduling appointments, and providing support to the team. Other duties include maintaining office supplies, organizing records, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Strong organization and multitasking skills for managing office tasks and schedules
- Proficiency in data entry and managing correspondence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and support a team
- Proficiency with office software and technology systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields is a plus
- Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
