Housing Inspector
Local housing office seeking a Housing Inspector. Summary: Responsible to the Executive Director and Maintenance Director for the efficient operations of the Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8) and Public Housing units. Also inspects all properties under the Section 8 program at least annually, Public Housing at least quarterly per established policies, City Code Standards, HUD Guidelines and Requirements. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Data Entry
