Active Directory & Management
Administer user accounts, including creation, password resets, group membership assignments, and directory attribute updates. Manage security and distribution groups in accordance with access policies. Support Microsoft Entra Connect (formerly Azure AD Connect) synchronization and related troubleshooting efforts. Microsoft 365 & Entra ID
Provision and manage user licenses via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Configure, support, and troubleshoot multi-factor authentication (MFA) for users. Create, convert, and maintain shared mailboxes, including permission assignments and message forwarding. Endpoint Deployment & Support
Prepare, deploy, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop systems, printers, and peripheral hardware. Stage and support VoIP telephony equipment and enterprise-grade Android devices (e.g., Zebra). Relocate IT hardware while ensuring proper disconnection, transport, and reinstallation protocols are followed. Follow ESD handling procedures and enforce power distribution best practices for desktop environments. Desktop Support (Advanced Troubleshooting)
Provide advanced support for Windows 11 desktops, resolving hardware, software, and peripheral issues. Perform complete profile migrations, including user data and system customizations. Group Policy & Virtualization
Analyze Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to identify and resolve policy conflicts or system behavior issues. Design and implement new GPOs aligned with security and operational standards. Manage virtual machines using VMware vCenter and ESXi, including provisioning, cloning, resource management, and snapshots. Networking & Connectivity
Diagnose and resolve wired, wireless, VPN, and remote desktop connectivity issues. Conduct basic configuration and troubleshooting of Fortinet firewalls and managed network switches. Apply foundational networking concepts such as IP addressing, DNS, subnetting, port forwarding, and VLAN configuration. Qualifications
A four-year college degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications and training, or work experience. Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in an IT support role. Minimum 3+ years of Windows desktop support. Minimum 3+ years networking fundamentals (TP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). Minimum 3+ years with GPO, VMware, and basic network configuration and troubleshooting. Minimum 3+ years of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11). Minimum 3+ years implementing and maintaining security measures to protect the organization's IT infrastructure and data. Creating and maintaining documentation for infrastructure configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Performs on-call duties on a rotational basis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving and time management skills. Must be comfortable viewing adult imagery, videos, and adult products. Experience working in an e-commerce environment. Exposure to ERP systems, warehouse management systems. Experience with Fortinet, Zebra devices, or VMware vSphere suite. Physical Requirements / Work Environment
This position primarily works in an office environment with an adjoining warehouse. It requires frequent sitting, standing, and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when troubleshooting or walking in the facilities.
