Overview Designs, implements, and monitors a variety of human resource programs. Anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management. Responsibilities are within the Human Resources function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines. General Profile

Supports the organization by implementing and administering human resources programs or policies. Implements human resources programs by providing services such as recruiting, staffing, compensation, benefits, training, employee or labor relations, and compliance with affirmative action/equal employment opportunity laws. Completes personnel transactions and maintains associated records. Collects and analyzes internal and external information to compare HR practices with market standards. Ensures compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations. Basic Qualifications
Required Education:
Associate's Degree or equivalent relevant education and/or experience. Preferred Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Management. Additional Certifications:
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred. Experience:
2-4 years relevant experience in the functional area. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent communication, collaborative, decision-making, interpersonal skills, and knowledge in compensation, benefits, employee relations, full-cycle recruiting, HR policy administration, compliance, onboarding, change management, performance management, training programs, talent assessment, HR policy development, HR risk management, and HR systems.
