Overview

This is a remote position.

This is a skilled Data Analyst role and a crucial member of the DataOps team, providing real-time analytics support and insights to drive business growth. You will transform complex data sets into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with Negotiations and Client Success teams on a daily basis as an embedded analyst, providing real-time support and insights for decision-making
  • Collaborate with the DataOps team to maintain data pipelines, maintain data quality, and implement best practices for data governance
  • Be a Negotiations and Client Success data subject-matter expert
  • Analyze trends, customer behavior patterns, and utilization of team
  • Create and maintain dashboards and regular reports to track KPIs, service metrics across multiple channels
  • Collaborate to identify opportunities for growth and optimization through data-driven insights
  • Develop and implement tracking systems for new initiatives and programs
  • Clean, validate, and process large datasets from various sources including CRM systems, marketing platforms, and service databases
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in data analysis, with at least 2 years focusing on Negotiations and Client Success analytics
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data manipulation and analysis
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker)
  • Excellent knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting methods

  • Windows 10 or later
  • Minimum Processor : Intel i5 (6th Gen) or AMD Ryzen 5

  • What We’re Looking For : 4+ years of experience in sales (phone-based or inside sales strongly preferred) A compassionate, empathetic approach to sales and client conversations Strong consultative selling and active listening skills Ability to thrive in a high-volume, outbound calling environment Comfortable working Pacific Time business hours (Monday to Friday) Tech-savvy and organized, with solid note-taking and CRM experience Experience in US Markets is a strong plus.
