All About Food & Beverage
The Food & Beverage team enables a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is fresh, in stock, available and accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. They are experts of operations, process and efficiency. This team leads food and food services including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes for all Food and Beverage areas of the store.

Responsibilities
- Provide a consistent Starbucks experience for guests by curating handcrafted Starbucks’ Food quality and freshness management
- State and federal food safety and OSHA guidelines
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and abundant shopping experience during all hours of operations, prioritizing the guest's needs over task.
- Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards.
- Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, in-stocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing, and storing reserve product.
- Be aware of current and future promotions within Starbucks.
- Follow Target and Starbucks routines to deliver a consistent guest experience while maintaining food safety.
- Support the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Maintain an inviting dining area for guests throughout shift.
- Engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations based on Starbucks standards.
- Produce handcrafted beverages and food to recipe specifications.
- Follow all food safety requirements and monitor temperature sensitive items.
- Complete and record all cleaning tasks as outlined in best practices.
- Identify damaged, recalled or expired items and process accordingly.
- Ensure accurate in-stocks by placing store-initiated orders; follow perishable inventory procedures.
- Execute sampling best practices.
- Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to solve guest issues and improve their experience.
- Complete required training and certifications related to quality control of Starbucks products.
- Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely at all times.
- Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup and Drive-up while complying with applicable laws.
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks.
- Thank guests and convey appreciation for their visit.
- All other duties based on business needs.

Skills & Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required
- Welcoming attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and technology
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Basic Requirements
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Climb ladders
- Lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) and reliable attendance
- Ability to work in a range of temperatures and potential allergens
- Ability to work in varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements
- Remain mobile for the duration of shift
