Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst with deep expertise in the EPP/Payments domain and a strong background in ACH (Automated Clearing House) systems. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of proven experience in analyzing, documenting, and delivering complex payment solutions, particularly in migration and transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements in the Payments/EPP domain.
• Leverage extensive ACH knowledge to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in payment processing solutions.
• Drive end-to-end support for migration projects, including requirement analysis, gap assessments, and validation.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support project governance by preparing detailed documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Act as a domain expert, advising on industry best practices and ensuring alignment with payment standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with specialization in Payments/EPP.
• Strong expertise in ACH systems and processes.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale migration projects.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities across business and technology teams.
