Responsibilities

• Data entry, utility outreach, prioritizing customer requests, and meeting weekly metrics.
• Handle data entry tasks, including bill inquiries and payment escalations, while maintaining accuracy.
• Audit work, collaborate with internal teams, and provide feedback for process improvements.
• Provide customer service by interacting with internal and external stakeholders, including utilities and customers.
• Meet weekly metrics and deadlines, ensuring timely onboarding of customers onto the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree with a record of academic achievement required
• 1-3 years of work experience that includes customer-facing responsibilities and/or operations support for a customer
• Ability to adapt to changing work environment, manage competing demands, and handle delays or unexpected events
• Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects within established timelines and work effectively under pressure
• Ability to identify issues, gather and analyze information, determine root causes, and maintain confidentiality as required
• Effective collaboration and a positive, supportive attitude
• Proficient skills with Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.) is a plus
• Proficiency in computer applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to work in multiple programs simultaneously
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail, analytical skills, and good customer service experience
• Experience with customer care, analytics, collaboration, and providing feedback has historically been successful in this role
• Experience working with customers and cross-team collaboration
