Overview

Cleaning Support Technician - Flexible Site Leader (Evenings) at Clean Team, Inc.  Multiple Locations Across Northwest Ohio.

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM
Some weekends required
Full-Time Position
Travel required to multiple sites - mileage reimbursement included!

We’re currently looking for Cleaning Support Technicians — a hands-on team leader who’s ready to jump in and get things done. If you’re organized, adaptable, and enjoy working in different environments, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing nightly cleaning operations across various client sites
  • Ensuring cleaning quality meets (and exceeds) client expectations
  • Training new team members and recognizing top performers
  • Managing labor and supply budgets
  • Delivering cleaning products and keeping sites stocked and ready
  • Communicating with upper management to resolve issues and improve service
  • Coordinating nightly priorities and schedules across multiple locations

What You Bring

  • At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience
  • Strong decision-making and conflict-resolution skills
  • Time management skills for planning nightly and weekly tasks
  • A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
  • A flexible mindset — not tied to one desk or one building
  • Bonus points for a sense of humor and a can-do attitude
