Overview
Our client is looking for a Client Services Technician to support end-users as part of a large-scale hardware refresh initiative. We seek someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in customer-facing roles.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and image new laptops and desktops in a corporate environment
- Complete a minimum of 20 refreshes per week
- Manage tickets escalated from the help desk
- Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking from cradle to grave
- Navigate and update asset management systems
- Interact with employees across all levels of the organization
Qualifications
- Excellent people skills and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Solid understanding of hardware and software (no networking or programming required)
- Experience in deployment or IT support roles preferred
Onboarding Requirements
- Drug screening
- Psychological evaluation
Pay
Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr
Workplace Type
This is a hybrid position in Lusby, MD.
