Field Recruiter
to support our rapidly growing
Power Systems, Energy & Transportation
division, with a primary focus on hiring for the
Joule Data Center project
in Millard County, Utah. This is not your typical desk job. Youll be in the field actively
sourcing skilled talent . Youll be the face of our workforce brand across
technical schools, high schools, community events, job fairs , and more throughout the region. If you're passionate about workforce development, thrive on building relationships, and want to make a real impact in rural Utah communities, we want to meet you. Key Responsibilities
Proactively source and attract qualified candidates for skilled trade and technical roles. Build relationships with
technical colleges, high schools, training centers , and
workforce agencies . Represent the company at
career fairs, job sites, and community events
to build candidate pipelines. Screen applicants for
technical skills, certifications , and
cultural fit . Promote the companys reputation as an
employer of choice
in the power and energy sector. Track hiring metrics and report on recruiting activity and performance. Partner with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with project needs. Qualifications
2+ years of recruiting experience in
skilled trades, construction, energy , or
industrial sectors . Background in
field recruitment
or high-volume hiring is highly valued. Associate or bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking to groups and individuals alike. Knowledge of local labor markets in
Millard County and rural Utah
is a plus. Ability to work independently, manage travel, and attend events on evenings/weekends if needed. Experience with
