Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is excited to announce an opening for a Front Desk Coordinator to enhance our growing Corporate Team! Position Title: Front Desk Coordinator - Bilingual (Spanish) ROLE SUMMARY The Front Desk Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for every visitor and caller. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who is dedicated to providing an exceptional experience to all. Prioritizing excellent communication and a friendly demeanor, the Front Desk Coordinator will make sure every interaction is positive, helping visitors feel valued and directed appropriately. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Reception/Front Desk: Warmly greet all visitors and ensure a professional, friendly client experience. Manage visitor check-ins and issue badges as necessary. Handle incoming calls on the switchboard, screening and forwarding calls appropriately. Sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries. Oversee safety and security measures for company access. Provide translation assistance for Spanish-speaking callers to connect them with the right department. Maintain strict confidentiality concerning employee and company information. Perform additional duties as assigned. Facilities: Keep the front entrance, reception area, and breakroom neat and organized. Ensure waiting areas are clean and presentable. Maintain inventory of office supplies and kitchen essentials. Promptly report any building concerns to management. Assist with mail collection from nearby offices as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned. General Administration: Coordinate meeting setups, including catering when required. Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying for various departments. Schedule meetings and manage conference room designations. Participate as a team member as directed. Perform additional duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor's or associate's degree is required. Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written, is essential. 2-5 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred. Experience in translation services is a plus. A valid driver's license is required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize work are essential. A professional and friendly demeanor with a positive attitude is a must. Attention to detail and accuracy in task completion is important. The ability to take instructions and efficiently manage tasks is expected. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with common office equipment is necessary. WORKING CONDITIONS:

The office operates from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in a professional office environment.
