Who We Are Looking For
A multidisciplinary creative adept in Art Direction, Graphic Design, Typography, and Spatial Design.
Collaborative team player with a proven track record in delivering emotive and innovative work across multiple platforms.
Experienced in directing other creatives and skilled in working alongside writers, strategists, and producers.
Proficient in managing complex workstreams independently while prioritizing effectively.
An art and design enthusiast who stays updated with emerging trends.
Talented in commissioning external creatives and nurturing a vibrant creative network.
Adept at implementing creative solutions across photo direction, graphic design, communication, and moving image.
What You Will Work On
Lead the Brand Creative team to evolve visual storytelling.
Develop seasonal brand product narratives in partnership with the Brand planning team.
Research and collaborate with talented photographers and artists for seasonal objectives.
Create and update seasonal marketing assets, translating complex concepts into practical visual communication.
Direct multiple agency relationships to maintain a consistent design voice.
Who You Will Work With
You will collaborate closely with the Sr. Director of Brand Marketing and other marketing teams across Digital and Retail marketing to enhance brand presence and partnership.
What You Bring
A minimum of 8-10 years of sophisticated graphic design and/or art direction experience, ideally in branded content.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to coach and motivate others.
Strong design principles including typography, color theory, and effective visual presentation.
Experience directing photography and managing external design agencies.
A deep understanding of trends in graphic design and lifestyle.
A willingness to challenge traditional methods and explore innovative creative approaches.
Proficiency in both Mandarin and English, with a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Strong skills in Adobe Suite and presentation delivery.
