A full-time Special Education Teacher is needed to support students in grades 7-12 at an alternative K-12 school in Middletown, CT. This contract position spans the current school year and is ideal for candidates who are passionate about making a difference in diverse educational settings.

Maintain accurate records of student achievement and behavior. Qualifications: Valid Special Education teaching certification. Dual certification preferred. Experience working with students in an alternative school or special education setting serving grades 7-12. Strong classroom management and organizational skills. Ability to develop individualized learning plans that promote student growth. Commitment to a collaborative team approach.
