Key Responsibilities: Deliver specialized instructional services to students with a variety of special education needs Collaborate with school staff, families, and related service providers to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations Qualifications and Experience: Valid Special Education teaching certification appropriate for K-12 Experience working with multiple disabilities and varied special education needs Strong ability to evaluate student needs and tailor instruction to meet individual learning goals Effective communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and students Location: Position available at either the Cromwell or Manchester, CT school locations This role offers an opportunity to assess your unique skills and determine the best caseload fit based on your expertise in special education. Candidates will be evaluated to match their experience with the appropriate student population.
