Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop intervention plans Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as needed Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to educational planning Support positive behavioral practices and promote mental health awareness within the school community Desired Qualifications: Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field State certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Experience working with K-12 student populations Strong skills in psychological assessment, counseling, and behavior management Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff Knowledge of IDEA and other relevant educational regulations Location: Jersey City, NJ Serving a diverse student body in a vibrant urban school environment.
