Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to identify student needs Develop and implement individualized intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote positive behavioral and academic outcomes Provide counseling and crisis intervention support to students Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including IEP and 504 planning Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations Qualifications: Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting Strong knowledge of assessment tools, behavioral interventions, and special education regulations Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage caseload effectively and work independently Location: Elkton, MD Job Type: Contract for the current school year (CSY) This role is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated School Psychologist committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive school climate.
