Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students occupational therapy needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students goals Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy strategies within the classroom Provide direct therapy services that address fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies Participate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development Preferred Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist with credentials to practice in Washington State Experience working with children in K-12 educational environments Strong knowledge of school therapy regulations and special education processes Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs Location: Silverdale, WA offering a supportive, school-based setting for delivering occupational therapy services.
