Duration: Contract for the current school year (CSY) Start Date: ASAP Schedule: Monday through Friday, 24 hours per week (.6 FTE) Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy services to elementary students, addressing sensory, motor, and functional needs to enhance their educational participation. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with students goals. Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student progress and integration. Utilize teletherapy platforms effectively for remote service delivery while maintaining compliance with best practices and regulations. Document therapy sessions, progress notes, and evaluation reports accurately and in a timely manner. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute professional recommendations. Desired Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings. Proficient in teletherapy delivery, including familiarity with relevant online platforms and tools. Strong understanding of child development and educational interventions for elementary-aged children. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families. Ability to manage a flexible caseload and deliver services within a part-time contract schedule.
