A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support an elementary school during a maternity leave assignment from November through mid-March. This contract position provides the opportunity to work in a dynamic educational environment in Elk Grove Village, IL, delivering essential speech and language services to young learners.

Key Responsibilities: Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services to elementary-aged students Develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs and collaborative input Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals accordingly Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school policies and regulations Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Experience working as an SLP in pediatric or school-based settings Strong understanding of speech-language developmental milestones and disorders common in elementary school children Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to design engaging therapy activities tailored to individual student needs Location: Elementary School Setting Elk Grove Village, Illinois This contract role offers the chance to make a significant impact by helping students overcome communication challenges during a crucial period of their academic development.
