Openings include: High School Inclusion Teacher Resource Teacher with Autism focus (K-8 Grammar School) 4th Grade Resource Classroom Teacher Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on students specific needs. Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to promote inclusive learning environments. Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies and resources to assist students with disabilities in accessing the curriculum. Monitor student progress and adjust instructional approaches to maximize learning outcomes. Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and team members regarding student progress and needs. Desired Qualifications: Massachusetts Special Education licensure appropriate for K-12 settings. Experience working with students in inclusion and resource settings, including those with autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of differentiated instruction, behavior management, and assessment techniques. Excellent collaboration and communication skills with students, families, and staff.
