Are you passionate about helping 4th graders succeed? Were looking for a special education teacher who loves working closely with students to provide the right support when and where they need it. In this resource role, youll split your time between supporting kids inside the classroom ( push-in ) and pulling small groups out for focused instruction ( pull-out ).

Collaborate with classroom teachers to deliver targeted support
Create and deliver engaging lessons tailored to each students IEP goals
Lead small groups and individual sessions outside the general classroom
Track student progress and communicate with families and staff
Foster a positive, encouraging environment where every student feels valued
Who You Are:
A licensed special education teacher who knows their way around IEPs
Comfortable juggling a mix of push-in and pull-out teaching
Organized, flexible, and great at teamwork
Committed to making a difference for 22 unique learners every day
