Special Education Teacher
to support 4th-grade students in a resource setting. This full-time position includes a
caseload of 22 students
and involves delivering both
push-in and pull-out services
based on student needs.

Provide special education services to 4th-grade students in both inclusive and small-group settings
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Collaborate with general education teachers, service providers, and families to support student growth
Track progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state requirements
Use data to adjust instruction and interventions as needed
Support students academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development
Qualifications:
Valid teaching license with appropriate Special Education endorsement
Experience working in a resource setting preferred
Strong understanding of IEP processes, documentation, and implementation
Ability to adapt instruction to meet a range of learning needs
Excellent communication and organizational skills
