Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to foster an inclusive classroom setting. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting instructional approaches as needed. Maintain positive communication with parents and participate in team meetings to discuss student achievements and challenges. Qualifications: Valid state certification in Special Education. Experience teaching elementary-aged students with diverse learning needs. Strong knowledge of special education laws, individualized instruction, and behavior management techniques. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive classroom atmosphere.
