A full-time opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide expert behavioral support within a K-12 educational setting. This contract position offers flexibility with onsite, hybrid, or virtual work arrangements and spans the entire school year.

Collaborating closely with teachers, school staff, and parents to effectively implement and monitor BIPs. Providing training and ongoing support to educational staff on evidence-based behavior management techniques. Analyzing student data to monitor progress and adjusting intervention strategies as necessary. Ensuring all documentation and reporting meet district and state regulatory standards. Qualifications for this role require current BCBA certification in Minnesota. Preference is given to candidates with experience supporting K-12 students in school environments, demonstrating familiarity with the unique challenges and dynamics of working within educational systems.
