Key Qualifications: Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) Experience in healthcare and pediatric SLP settings Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is essential for conducting Early Start assessments Familiarity with early childhood and school-based speech therapy Knowledge of infant developmental milestones and early intervention strategies Responsibilities: Conduct Early Start assessments in Spanish for infants enrolled in the program Provide targeted speech-language therapy to support early communication development Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized intervention plans Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with program requirements Communicate regularly with families to support therapy goals and progress updates Participate in team meetings and professional development activities as needed Location:La Mesa, California easy access to the local community with a focus on early childhood intervention.
