This position offers an opportunity for a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide specialized Early Start assessments within an infant program setting. The role is part-time, approximately 8 hours per week, with a somewhat flexible schedule to accommodate work-life balance, located in San Diego, CA.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct Early Start assessments for infants as part of an early childhood program. Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate services in both English and Spanish. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized intervention plans. Monitor and document child progress in accordance with program guidelines. Communicate effectively with families to support understanding and engagement in therapy processes. Qualifications and Experience: Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Relevant experience in healthcare, pediatrics, and educational settings. Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Demonstrated proficiency in bilingual Spanish-English communication. Experience working with early childhood populations, particularly infants. Ability to work collaboratively within a school-based environment. Location: San Diego, California, within an early childhood school setting focused on infant development.
