Supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure effective delivery of behavioral interventions
Writing and supporting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIP)
Providing paraeducator support and guidance to assist staff working with the most challenging students
This position requires a professional skilled in school psychology with experience in behavior support and special education environments. The school values flexibility and a collaborative approach to meeting student needs. Key Qualifications and Experience: Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
Experience with FBA/BIP development and behavior intervention strategies
Ability to oversee and mentor RBTs and paraeducators
Strong communication and organizational skills for coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
Commitment to supporting diverse student populations within a K-12 setting
