This opportunity requires a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support early childhood learners in a K-12 school setting. The position focuses on providing essential therapeutic services to Pre-K and Kindergarten students, fostering their speech and language development in a hands-on, in-person environment.

K-12 School Schedule:
4 days per week, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM (includes a 30-minute lunch and built-in planning/assessment time) Caseload:
Approximately 30-35 student files, primarily Pre-K and Kindergarten Job Duration:
Contract covering the 2025-2026 school year with potential for continuation based on mutual interest Start Date:
Immediate Preferred Credentials and Experience: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or equivalent credential Experience working with pediatric populations, especially within a school environment Completion or eligibility of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for new SLP graduates is welcome Familiarity with school-based therapy protocols and documentation requirements Ability to provide direct, in-person speech therapy services (teletherapy is not an option for this role) Key Responsibilities: Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy sessions tailored to young learners developmental needs Complete ongoing assessments, documentation, and progress reporting consistent with school policies Collaborate with educators and support staff to create integrated intervention plans Manage and prioritize a caseload of early childhood students to ensure timely and effective therapy Engage families in therapy goals and progress, fostering home support and communication This position offers a rewarding chance to contribute to early intervention and make a meaningful difference in childrens communication skills within a school-based framework.
