Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct speech-language therapy and assessment services to young children in Pre-K and Kindergarten Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student communication goals Maintain accurate records and documentation as per school and regulatory requirements Participate in planning and assessment activities within scheduled working hours Qualifications and Desired Experience: Certification relevant to the role, including SLP - CCC, SLP - Pediatrics, SLP - CFY, SLP - School, or SLPA - School Experience working with early childhood populations in educational settings Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with educators and families Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 30 to 35 students effectively Willingness to work onsite as teletherapy services are not permitted for this age group Schedule and Location: Position operates 4 days per week from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break; includes time allocated for planning and assessment Location: Milan Elementary School, 1100 Middle Road, Milan, TN 38358 Start Date: Immediate Duration: 20252026 school year, with the possibility of extension This role offers the chance to make a significant impact in the early development of communication skills for young learners.
