Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to students' unique learning needs across TK to 3rd grade. Deliver specialized instruction targeting moderate to severe disabilities to promote academic, social, and emotional growth. Collaborate with general education staff, therapists, and families to support student progress. Utilize assessment tools and data to monitor and adjust instructional strategies. Maintain accurate records and documentation to comply with educational standards and regulations. Qualifications: Valid Special Education teaching credential with appropriate authorizations for early childhood and moderate/severe disabilities. Experience working with TK-3 students in a special education setting. Strong knowledge of differentiated instruction techniques and behavior management strategies. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with students, families, and staff.
