This position offers a rewarding opportunity for an Occupational Therapist specialized in school-based therapy. You will work with a diverse caseload of approximately 50 K-12 students, providing comprehensive OT services to support their developmental and educational needs. Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions tailored to individual student goals. Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques accordingly to ensure success. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Participate in team meetings and contribute professional expertise to support student learning and wellbeing. Qualifications and Experience: Licensed Occupational Therapist qualified to work in Massachusetts. Experience providing OT services within K-12 educational settings. Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with students, families, and school personnel. Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50 students, balancing individualized attention with efficient scheduling. Commitment to promoting student independence and functional skill development.
