Seeking a skilled and compassionate occupational or physical therapist to support K-12 students in a school setting in Kingston, MA. Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy (OT) and/or physical therapy (PT) services tailored to K-12 students individual needs Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Conduct assessments to determine students abilities and progress Document treatment plans, sessions, and outcomes according to school and state guidelines Provide guidance and support to students to maximize their functional independence and academic participation Communicate effectively with school staff and families to promote consistent therapeutic strategies Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Physical Therapist (PT) with experience in school-based therapy services Experience working in healthcare settings such as home health or outpatient therapy is a plus PTA or therapy assistant experience supporting therapeutic goals in healthcare or educational environments beneficial Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, families, and educators Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse needs in educational settings Valid state licensure and certifications as required Location: Kingston, MA Employment Type: Contract (School Year) Additional details about caseload, schedule, and specific responsibilities will be provided soon.
