Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's goals Provide targeted therapy sessions to address speech and language challenges Carefully monitor and document student progress throughout therapy Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including educators and healthcare professionals to coordinate care Engage families by educating and involving them in the treatment process Qualifications and Experience: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, families, and colleagues Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment Active state license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology is required This position provides an excellent environment for professional growth, supported by an experienced advisory team familiar with state-specific requirements and best practices.
