Key responsibilities include: Conducting comprehensive evaluations of students with speech and language disorders Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs Delivering targeted therapy sessions focused on improving communication skills Carefully monitoring and documenting student progress to inform ongoing care Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including educators and healthcare providers Engaging families to foster understanding and participation in the therapy process Desired qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in California Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations is highly desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Applicants must hold an active license approved by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology or be eligible to obtain one. Candidates with a Masters degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology will be considered.
