We’re partnering with a highly regarded investment firm to identify a poised, proactive, and service-minded Executive Receptionist. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for clients, guests, and senior leadership—creating a seamless, high-touch experience while keeping the front office running smoothly.

The ideal candidate brings at least three years of front desk or administrative experience in a professional services environment, a strong academic foundation, and the kind of social fluency and emotional intelligence that sets the tone in high-performing workplaces.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and manage guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage conference room calendars and anticipate meeting needs
  • Support the office manager and assist with light admin tasks
  • Coordinate meals and snacks, maintain inventory, and liaise with vendors
  • Track internal data (headcount, inventory) in Excel; AI tool proficiency is a plus
  • Provide light event and project support across the office
