Collaborate effectively with parents, district staff, and other educational professionals to ensure students receive appropriate support. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines related to Special Education and Occupational Therapy. Manage caseloads with strong organization and prioritize deadlines efficiently. Participate in team meetings and documentation necessary for student progress monitoring and compliance. Qualifications: Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in educational environments. Knowledgeable in special education laws, policies, and processes. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities. Strong communication skills to foster collaboration with parents and district personnel. Location: Santa Ana, California (K-12 school setting) Benefits and Compensation: Competitive hourly wage ranging from $58 to $73 per hour based on experience. Health, vision, and dental insurance eligibility for contractors working 30+ hours per week. Paid sick leave, accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.
