A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide services within a K-12 educational setting in Solano, CA. This role supports students ranging from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade, with caseloads typically consisting of 40 to 65 students presenting a variety of disabilities. The position is a contract for the regular school year, requiring 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized speech and language therapy services to students with diverse communication needs. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to student goals. Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote student progress. Utilize Alternative Augmentative Communication (AAC) and Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) strategies as appropriate. Maintain accurate records and documentation aligned with district and regulatory standards. Qualifications and Experience: Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience working with pediatric populations in educational settings. Familiarity with various disabilities affecting communication, including AAC and PECS techniques (experience preferred). Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills. Ability to manage a caseload of 4065 students. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Location: Position based in Solano County, CA, serving a K-12 public school community.
