This opportunity is for an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher working with young learners aged 2 to 5 in a resource inclusion classroom. The role involves supporting a caseload of approximately five students, working alongside dedicated paraprofessionals to provide individualized support and development. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:15 AM to 2:45 PM, offering a consistent routine throughout the contract school year.

Key Responsibilities: Develop, write, and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each students unique needs. Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies to foster inclusion and growth. Qualifications: Valid Virginia teaching license with a Special Education endorsement is required. Experience and comfort with early childhood special education and lower elementary age groups. Proven ability to initiate and manage IEPs effectively within a resource inclusion setting.
