A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is needed to support students in grades K-12 in a public school setting. Duration: Full school year (NSY) Schedule: Full-time, consistent hours aligned with the academic calendar Caseload: K-12 students requiring speech and language services Responsibilities include: Conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students across all K-12 grade levels Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes Providing direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress and integration Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting to comply with educational and regulatory standards Participating in IEP meetings and contributing professional insights to foster student success Qualifications and desired experience: Valid SLP license or certification suitable for the state of Washington ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology required Experience working with K-12 student populations in educational settings preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams Ability to manage a caseload independently while adhering to deadlines and IEP requirements This position offers a rewarding chance to empower students through targeted speech and language interventions in a supportive educational environment.
