Key Qualifications: Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Experience working with a diverse K-12 student caseload Strong understanding of speech and language development across childhood and adolescence Ability to deliver effective speech therapy services in a school environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators and families Location: Kent, Washington (on-site presence required; this role replaces previous virtual positions) Serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade Responsibilities: Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students across all grade levels Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to foster a supportive learning environment Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and therapy sessions Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Benefits: Opportunity to work directly with students in a fully on-site environment.
