A full-time, onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at a middle school location in Santa Maria, CA, serving students in grades K-12. This contract role spans the full school year, requiring 37.5 hours per week.

This opportunity involves providing 1:1 support to students with mild to moderate speech and language needs. Candidates eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or those completing their Clinical Fellowship (CF) are encouraged to apply; Clinical Fellows will be expected to complete required supervision during the contract period. This position does not include caseloads involving voice disorders nor requires the use of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs). Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized speech therapy sessions for students with mild to moderate communication disorders Collaborate with educational staff, families, and supervisors to support student progress Maintain detailed documentation and progress tracking in compliance with educational and clinical standards Participate in team meetings and professional development activities as needed Qualifications and Experience: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology completed or near completion Eligible for or holding a California SLP license and/or certification Ability to provide clinical supervision if a Clinical Fellow Experience working with school-aged children across K-12 grades Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills This position requires onsite presence during standard school hours throughout the school year.
