Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students with Autism in a school environment. Utilize evidence-based practices tailored to pediatric needs to support student communication goals. Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans. Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with educational and healthcare standards. Deliver services under the supervision of a designated board-certified professional (VBD). Participate in team meetings and professional development activities as needed. Qualifications: Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or equivalent certification. Experience working with pediatric populations, especially students with Autism. Comfort and expertise in in-person therapy delivery within a school setting. Familiarity with teletherapy is a plus but the role requires in-person services. Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or equivalent experience preferred. Willingness to work with a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) under appropriate supervision. Location: Onsite position based at a school campus in Lancaster, California.
